Most people walk straight past the good stuff,  I see it happen everywhere I go. I'm here for the main event, always. But while everyone else is waiting for the perfect shot, I'm already somewhere else entirely, finding the real story hiding in the in-between moments.

I'm Matilda, and I created Saltgum Studio for the people who live and work on the land. Rural families and the businesses built around them. Whether I'm photographing your kids in the back paddock or putting a face to your brand, the goal is always the same: authenticity. Nothing more, nothing less.
